Teen Choice Awards 2014

Last night teen movie, singers, and web stars gathered together in Los Angeles to the Teen Choice Awards. Props to Selena Gomez for winning the Outstanding Teen Award, honestly she's amazing. I loved Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort's acceptance speeches from last night. Albeit long, their encouraging words and connection to the film's message made every TFIOS fan feel the feels.

fall 2014 nail trends

As much as I love the warm weather, I'm very excited for fall fashion. 

After the Nordstrom anniversary sale and witnessing all of the beautiful looks coming in this fall, I've been anxious to slip into cute boots/booties, cashmere sweaters, pretty button-downs, and cozy scarves.

So since I'm in the South and won't actually get to wear my fall favorites until like November, I can at least sport some new fall trends with a chic manicure.

Happy August + weekend plans

Happy August! 

I can officially use my Kate Spade planner, and I'm too excited about this! 

Perfect classroom vibe with these classic novels, wise owl, and fantastic florals.

Looks like the birthday month is going to be full of dance moves!

 I can't believe August is already here! Which means back to school is literally around the corner. I'm beyond excited to be reunited with my Kappa sisters and be back on campus. I didn't think I was going to miss it as much as I do. When I left campus in May, I was so excited to get home and relax, but summer has been long and I'm ready to be back in the ATL. 

I am dreading the school work (ew). It's going to be a tough semester, but I think I'm ready for it. This Kate Spade Planner is going to be my new best friend, and I couldn't be more excited!

Speaking of back to school, this weekend it's time to start organizing my dorm goodies and books and supplies. It's always a fun time in our family to hit up Office Depot and load up on fun binder colors and and cutesy pens.
