the must haves: fall 2014

HAPPY OCTOBER!

After the brutal last few months, know as a casual Florida/Georgia summer, I couldn't be more excited to break out my Tory Burch boots, cozy knits, and leggings galore. (Sweatshirt season needs to hurry up!)

There are a few pieces that I'm dying to get my hands on in the next few weeks to take on the cooler months in style. Thank goodness for an October birthday; I mean presents and cooler temps, what more could a girl ask for?

home inspo: fall edition

Grab the hot coco and your oversized sweatshirts because fall is here!

I'm beyond excited for there to be a chill the air and can't wait to bust out my boots. The past few days we've had breezy morning and crisp afternoons, and it's starting to become essential to break out those flannels.

Below are some on my favorite fall decor, home edition. One of the downfalls of dorm living is not getting to enjoy the wonderful home decorations (ie. pumpkins, new wreaths, etc.) that my mom tirelessly sets up with each changing season. Fall is our family's favorite holiday! (possibly because it's birthday and anniversary season)

She loves everything about fall. I love everything about fall.

It's just so cozy. I'm obsessed.

spring fling: NYFW SS 2015 report

Yesterday was the conclusion to one of biggest weeks in New York, FASHION WEEK! Although I'm ready for the cooler, fall weather, it's encouraging to know that when the temps start rising again the fashion will be rocking. I'm obsessed with the color and styles I saw on the runway.

Even though I didn't have a front seat the shows, following celebrities and my favorite bloggers made it feel like I was right there.

tech talk

Nothing makes me happier then new accessories (I'm a sucker for jewelry, shoes, and new handbags).

However, one of the most important accessories and frequently forgotten accessories is the coveted phone case. This accessory tells volumes about one's personality, and it's just as important as your new Rebecca Minkoff bag or Kendra Scott baubles.

Below are some of my favorite phone cases and tech accessories. My mom always told me that I should never leave the house without my hair done or earrings on, and I think the same goes for a snazzy case for your best friend. (Let's be real, everyone knows your iPhone is your REAL best friend these days).
